30-day/60-day refund guarantee:

From the date of confirmed receipt, refunds can be applied for within 30 or 60 days (the specific duration is subject to the category and agreement)

After confirming responsibility, the platform will complete the refund process within 2 working days and return the payment via the original payment method within 7 working days
